The 13th Amendment to the Constitution say: "Neither slavery or involuntary servitude in any way , shall exist (EXCEPT) when a party commits a crime, but the law only pertains to me and mine. Black people in this country were the only slaves. So in reality through the constitution slavery is saved. 13% of the population is true. But also 90% of the penitentiary too! According to these numbers I commit all the crime, and convicted and sent to prison 90% of the time. We all know criminal justice is a joke. That's why you try to blind us with a lot of black smoke. Saying black on black crime is on the rise. Filling the airwaves and television with nothing but lies! Supreme Court told Dred Scott Blacks aren't citizens. And the only protection we'll get from whites is in the prisons. Civil Rights Movement was nothing but a joke! George W. Bush and the Supreme Court proved that by not counting 28,000 black votes. From Plantation to penitentiary that's how far we've come. Just like moving from the ghettos into the slums. Things haven't changed they just appear that way. Slavery was never abolished it's here to stay. My brothers and sisters locked behind the wall, Fathers and Mothers, hear one, hear all! Unless we fight and exercise our rights, scream and cry freedom from the highest heights... Genocide will prevail like the darkest of nights!
